This morning, 7 May, there was a White-throated Sparrow behind our house. Upon first glance, we thought it was a bright-looking Song Sparrow or even a Swamp Sparrow, but then through binoculars we could see the clearly defined white chin and throat, bold off-white supercilium and bright yellow supra-lorals.
