Kathy Virtue saw it first, wondering what the dark-bodied red-rumped bird was on the bird bath. We watched it for about 15-20 minutes as it hopped around in the lilac and foraged under the hops in the little backyard garden Kelly grows at the coffee shop. It mewed once and we cheered.
