Apparent all white eared grebe swimming with all the other grebes. Red eye with normal bill. Would this be a partial albino?
[Ron and Nancy - I believe the term for the plumage of your bird is 'leucistic'. 'Albino' refers to a bird with a complete lack of pigmentation, including the bill, and has pink eyes. Your bird has a dark bill and red eyes. Very interesting bird! -Chris]
