Yesterday while hiking up Mcgee canyon, I heard a grosbeak song that sounded a little different, then saw this bright male Rose-breasted Grosbeak perched above a willow clump and pouring out song. He was both countersinging with a nearby Black-headed Grosbeak and interacting with a female BHGR, chasing/following her for short distances.
