A bright male was seen on the right or east side of canal just inside the gate in the shady cottonwoods off of Dixon Lane bridge west. He was at eye level with a Wilson's Warbler. He was very colorful with a large, bright white supercilium, bright yellow chin and underside with thick black streaks across it like a necklace. Two white wingbars.
