Spotted a Black-crowned Night-Heron at approximately 10,200 ft in the meadows west and above Greenstone Lake near Saddlebag Lake north of Tioga Pass in Mono County. This may be an elevation record in the area for this species. Watched the bird for about 10 minutes.
