Sighting

This morning Brie found a Yellow-billed Cuckoo at the far north end of Amargosa Canyon (~1/2 mile south of the Tecopa Post Office) at about 645AM. I was lucky enough to be able to relocate the bird nearby about 20 minutes after she had initially told me about it. The bird was last observed flying north about 150 meters to the next sizable clump of Tamarisk and Mesquite. A Cliff Swallow today was the first in almost a month and most likely southbound. Between the northbound YBCU and the southbound CLSW, is it spring or fall!?
