Sighting

On July 4 in a hike up McGee Creek Canyon we sighted two Broad-tailed Hummingbirds, along with great looks at a male MacGillivaray's Warbler. In another location at McGee there was a Hammonds Flycatcher. On July 5 in a hike up Rock Creek Canyon in a Little Lakes Valley meadow we were pleased to see three Gray-crowned Rosy-Finch moving by. We had a Bonaparte's Gull near the shore at Mono County Park. Though not big rarities, hopefully of interest to other birders.
