This Eastern Phoebe was found by James Wilson, Carolyn Gann, Larry Nahm, and Bill Mitchel during the Bishop CBC on 14 Dec 2002 at the Bishop Golf Course. It was seen on 15 Dec by Chris Howard, Rosie Beach, Jim and Debby Parker, Larry Nahm, Debbie House, and Jon Dunn.
