Eastern Sierra Audubon Scholarship Program

The Eastern Sierra Audubon Society is pleased to announce the availability of two $500 scholarships for graduating high school seniors in Inyo and Mono Counties.

The mission of the National Audubon Society is:

“To conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife and their habitats,
For the benefit of humanity and the earth’s biological diversity.”

Two scholarships, in the amount of $500 each, will be awarded by Eastern Sierra Audubon Society to one Mono County and to one Inyo County graduating senior whose work through higher education will promote these ideals either through science, education, advocacy, habitat conservation, art, journalism, literature, law, public policy, environmental justice or outdoor recreation.
